This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site including Web Changes, Marketing, Strategic Alliances & Venture Capital opportunities, new descriptions of Products & Services, Reciprocal Links, Press Releases, Media Coverage, Personnel Requirements, Joint Venture Partnering possibilities.
If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.
1997 Nov 01 - S-Matrix Enterprises Inc establishes a presence on the World Wide Web.
S-Matrix Enterprises Inc is aggressively looking for high powered Marketing and Venture Capital Partners to help us identify, focus on and finance the development of a few of the many new opportunities in business and industrial automation, process control, virtual instrumentation and test & measurement. Aerospace, Telecommunications, Biotechnology, and Mineral Exploration have been our recent client project focus. We would like to build on this recent experience and develop less specialized products which have broader marketplace application and appeal.
Our S-MATRIX ATE for Sikorsky S-76 helicopters does have a large existing market in great need of automated test equipment for repair and overhaul, the United States Military. In order to be successful in this marketplace, we need capital, personnel and probably an existing organization experienced in dealing successfully with the US Military.
Automated Test Equipment for aircraft electronics including flight controls, recorders, guidance systems, and control surfaces require further development.
Some of our projects can be developed quickly into products. Ground based GPS Computerized Survey & Mapping Systems for mineral exploration is one.
There are also technology transfer opportunities with companies like Boeing that we are prepared to discuss after Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreements have been signed. Our primary role would be to support and further develop the products.
The potential for the development of new lines of general-purpose virtual instrumentation that can be easily modified for more than one application is enormous. The software in this case defines the instrument. One strategy that indicates the potential is: analyze the Hewlett Packard catalogue; select those hardware centered dedicated instrumentation systems that represent the best marketing and business opportunities; replace those systems with software centered generic portable modular PC based instrumentation systems that take advantage of the computational, display, productivity, connectivity and costs of today's computers and software development tools and systems. Development costs of next generation instrumentation products can be as little as 1/4 to 1/3 of the cost of development of previous generation dedicated instruments. And at least half of this cost is software.
The importance of building a worldwide renewable economy is undeniable. Conservation and renewable energy are at the heart of a renewable economy. In the field of solar energy, it might already be possible with economies of scale, mass production and implementation, and innovative systems engineering to design a cost effective photovoltaic system for general (residential, commercial, industrial ...) use without the need of any major technological breakthroughs.
